On-demand same day
Something has gone wrong and the part has to be there today. Call dispatch, we put the nearest van on it and you get a pickup window in minutes.
A handful of skids does not need a fifty-three foot trailer, and it should not sit three days waiting for one to fill. Our Sprinter cargo vans move small, time-critical freight door to door — enclosed, tracked and on the road within the hour.

Reserve a van for a date and time. Useful for site deliveries, trade-show freight and anything with a fixed appointment at the far end.
The same run, the same driver, every week. Branch replenishment, inter-site transfers and multi-stop supply rounds priced as a standing route.
Cargo van work is its own category. These are the jobs it handles better than a tractor-trailer.
Job sites run out of things. plumbing fixtures, pipe assemblies, HVAC components, electrical fittings and wire reels moved from the supply house to the site while the crew is still standing there.
One van, one driver, a planned sequence of drops. Cheaper and tidier than paying courier rates per stop, and you deal with one person for the whole round.
A line is down, a machine is waiting on one component, a shipment missed its connection. Direct point to point with no cross-docking and nothing else on the van.
The end of a longer journey. We break down a larger inbound shipment at our facility and run the final leg in a van, including to addresses a trailer cannot reach.
High-roof Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans. A driver can stand up inside them, which is the difference between loading a van and wrestling with one.

Putting four skids on an LTL trailer means paying for space you are not using and accepting a transit time built around everyone else on the truck. A van goes direct.
Straight answers on capacity, timing and what we will and will not put in a van.
Our high-roof Sprinters take up to roughly 3,500 lb and 500 cubic feet, which in practice is four to five standard 48x40 skids or a much larger volume of lighter boxed goods. Weight and volume rarely run out at the same time, so tell us both and we will confirm it fits before you commit.
Inside the Greater Toronto Area we are usually loading within the hour on a same-day call, traffic depending. Further out in Ontario it is the same day in most cases. Booking ahead always gets you a firmer window than calling at four in the afternoon.
Short local runs are priced as a flat rate for the trip. Longer moves are priced by distance, with waiting time beyond the free allowance and additional stops charged separately. Dedicated weekly routes are quoted as a standing rate. You get the full number up front, not a base rate with surprises attached.
Yes, and it is one of the things a van is best at. We plan the sequence for you and the driver carries the paperwork for every drop. Multi-stop runs are priced per additional stop rather than as separate deliveries, which is where the saving comes from.
Yes. Cross-border van moves are handled the same way as our truck freight, with PARS and PAPS filed before the driver reaches the bridge. Tell us at booking so the paperwork is lodged in advance rather than at the crossing.
The cargo area is fully enclosed, sealed and locked. Nothing is exposed at any point and nothing sits on an open deck. The van is loaded once and opened at your delivery address, so there is no terminal handling in between.
Anything over the payload or beyond the cargo dimensions, most classes of dangerous goods, temperature-controlled freight that needs an active reefer unit, and the excluded commodities listed in our terms. If you are unsure, describe it and we will tell you honestly whether it is a van job or a truck job.
Every van reports its position back to our dispatch board. Ask at any point and you get a location and a realistic arrival time, and proof of delivery is scanned back the same day.
No. Send us one shipment and see how it goes. Dedicated routes are worth putting on a standing agreement because it gets you a better rate and a reserved van, but nothing obliges you to commit up front.
Our own drivers, on our own insurance, not a gig app. The same people run our trucks, so the driver arriving in a van is held to the same standard as the one arriving in a tractor-trailer.
Tell us what it is, where it starts and where it has to be. If a van is the right answer you will have a rate and a pickup window shortly after.
